Treat your taste buds at Pavilion Food Court Wednesdays this fall at Veterans Park

By Kelli Nesbitt, Parks & Recreation Marketing Coordinator

Do you spend evenings at Veterans Park & Athletic Complex for league practice or games? Or maybe you enjoy an occasional dinner in the park?

This fall, treat yourself to a delicious meal from local food trucks at the Pavilion Food Court from 6-9 p.m. on select Wednesdays at the American Pavilion at Veterans Park and Athletic Complex. Cash and credit card payments are accepted, and the softball concession stands are closed during the events.

The first Pavilion Food Court is next Wednesday (Sept. 20), followed by events on Oct. 4, Oct. 18, and Nov. 1. We’ll announce the food trucks the Monday before each event on the city’s Facebook and X (Twitter) pages.

Food truck vendors interested in participating should contact Recreation Supervisor Luis Perez at 979-764-3649 or lperez@cstx.gov.

Enjoy outstanding food at the beautiful Veterans Park and Athletic Complex this fall. We’ll see you there!
