Five Things to Watch at Thursday’s City Council Meetings

The College Station City Council will meet Thursday at city hall for its workshop (6 p.m.) and regular (7 p.m.) meetings.

Here are five items to watch:

  1. Brian Bachmann Community Park?: The council will consider a petition to change the name of Southwood Community Park to Brian Bachmann Community Park in honor of the local constable who died in the line of duty in August. The city has received 130 letters supporting the change.
