With cooler days ahead, registration is underway for our fall recreational programs

As we experience another typical sweltering Texas summer, it’s easy to forget that, thankfully, cooler days are ahead. Soon, we’ll transition into the fall and the season changes that come with it. 

For the Parks & Recreation Department, it means an impressive new line-up of engaging programs and events for all ages and abilities. We encourage you to take advantage and experience why College Station is one of Texas’s premier places for parks, recreation, and tourism.  

Registration is underway – with no residency requirements.

When will the Fall Parks Guide be published?
The fall guide won’t be published, but we’re committed to providing updated information through our website.

Do you offer scholarships for after-school programs?
We offer a discounted rate for qualifying households. Proof of eligibility is required.

Are the splash pads open this fall?
The Fun for All Playground and W.A. Tarrow’s splash pad will be open through Oct. 31.

Is there a youth soccer league in town?
The College Station Soccer Club operates a league.

When are the pools open for general swim?
General swim hours continue through Sept. 26 at Adamson Lagoon and through Aug. 15 at Cindy Hallaran Pool.
