The transition from Christmas in the Park to Christmas at the Creek in 2011 was a huge success as more than 20,000 people attended the four nights of festivities. The result was one tired Santa!

As we embark on the second year of Christmas at the Creek, here are five merry new twists for 2012:
- Taking the hayride to see Santa and his new home at the Arts Council building.
- Singing along with local gospel choirs as they bring the spirit of Christmas alive.
- Curling up on the amphitheater hill with your pet to watch Polar Express or How the Grinch Stole Christmas on a larger-than-life screen.
- Shopping for the perfect gift through a wide variety of on-site local vendors.
- Enjoying an original Christmas play that brings out the kid in any Grinch.

In addition, delightful drive-thru lighting displays will decorate the beautiful 47-acre Stephen C. Beachy Central Park from Nov. 22- Dec. 31.
