Have you ever gazed up at the night sky and wondered about the constellations and whether you’re looking at a planet, moon, or star? All that intergalactic information can easily get lost in space.

Maybe you’re just looking for something out of this world to do on a Friday night.

Enter the third annual Nature Center’s Star Party on Friday, Feb. 24, from 7-10 p.m. at the Gary Halter Nature Center. The free, family-friendly, come-and-go event features space-themed booths, activities, and stargazing.

Here’s a deeper look:

So, grab your telescope, friends, and family, and enjoy a memorable night of stargazing and good company. Additional parking is available at the Lick Creek equestrian entrance off Rock Prairie Road.
