The city council unanimously approved item No. 1 on the regular agenda, which rezones 8.1 1 acres at 2672 Horse Haven Lane from Single-Family Residential and Agricultural-Open to Planned Development District. The applicant intends to construct a personal storage facility for the surrounding community.
The Planning and Zoning Commission considered this item at its Sept. 15 meeting and voted 5-0 to recommend approval. Staff also recommended approval of the request.
