Consent agenda items are "housekeeping" items required by law. Here's how the city council voted on Thursday night's consent agenda:
Approved by unanimous vote (7-0):
- The 2011 Property Tax Roll in the amount of $24,979,684.54.
- The budget of the Memorial for all Veterans of the Brazos Valley, and the funding agreement between the City of College Station and the Memorial for all Veterans of the Brazos Valley in the amount of $25,000 for Fiscal Year 2012.
- Approval of an annual contract not to exceed $534,400 with Brazos Paving, Inc. for a blanket purchase order for concrete curb, gutter and flatwork used to maintain city infrastructure.
- Approval of a resolution stating that the city council has reviewed and approved the city's Investment Policy, Broker-Dealer List and Investment Strategy.

- Approved by a 6-1 vote the Housing Program Reconstruction Guidelines. Council Member Jess Fields voted against.
- Approved by a 6-1 vote the revised Rehabilitation and Minor Home Repair Program Guidelines. Council Member Jess Fields voted against.

- Approved a funding agreement between the City of College Station and Keep Brazos Beautiful in the amount of $50,240 for FY 2012. Council Member Jess Fields voted against.

These funds will be used to provide the I Love America Fourth of July Celebration at the George Bush Presidential Library and Museum. Council Member Jess Fields voted against. Council Members Karl Mooney and Dave Ruesink abstained.
- Approved by a 6-1 vote the budget of the George Bush Presidential Library Foundation, and the funding agreement between the City of College Station and the George Bush Presidential Library Foundation in the amount of $50,000 for FY 2012. Council Member Jess Fields voted against.
