FINAL RESULTS – All nine propositions pass.

With all 23 College Station precincts reporting, here are the totals (this does not include 407 provisional ballots):

Proposition No. 1 (Initiative, Referendum and Recall)

  • FOR:  80.7% (15,000)       AGAINST:  19.3% (3,590)

Proposition No. 2 (City Council Vacancies)

  • FOR:  89.4% (17,105)       AGAINST:  10.6% (2,036)

Proposition No. 3 (Initiative, Referendum and Recall)

  • FOR:  80.4% (14,657)       AGAINST:  19.6% (3,580)

Proposition No. 4 (Oath of Office)

  • FOR:  81.2% (14,497)       AGAINST:  18.8% (3,365)

Proposition No. 5 (Calendar Days)

  • FOR:  86.7% (15,849)       AGAINST:  13.3% (2,435)

Proposition No. 6 (Franchises and Public Utilities)

  • FOR:  77.5%   (13,608)     AGAINST:  22.5% (3,952)

Proposition No. 7 (Franchises and Public Utilities)

  • FOR:  83.7% (14,760)      AGAINST:  16.3% (2,865)

Proposition No. 8 (Conflict of Interest)
