To address the council about agenda items or during Hear Visitors, register with the city secretary by 4 p.m. or call 979-764-3500 and provide your name and phone number. Written comments will be provided to the council members.

Here are four items to watch:

1. National Public Works Week

Mayor John Nichols will proclaim this week as National Public Works Week.

2. Antone, Lemon Tree Parking Removals

As part of the consent agenda, the council will consider removing parking on the north side of Antone Court and the west side of Lemon Tree Lane from Cedar Run to the end of the street. The changes would better accommodate emergency response vehicles.

3. Northeast Trunkline Phase 4

In the workshop, the council will discuss Phase 4 of the Northeast Trunkline capital project.

4. Bee Creek-Southwood ROO

After a public hearing, the council will consider a request to change the zoning to General Suburban/Restricted Occupancy Overlay for 39 lots along Bee Creek Drive and Southwood Drive. The ROO would provide subdivision-specific occupancy regulations of no more than two unrelated persons per single-family dwelling or accessory living quarter.
