By Casey Barone, Visit College Station Events Coordinator
Are you ready for the ultimate event planning experience?
On Tuesday, March 19, from 2-5 p.m., the Hilton College Station and Conference Center will transform into a buzzing hub of creativity, innovation, and pure excitement as we commemorate three decades of making event planning dreams a reality.
That’s right, the annual Meeting Planners Showcase hits the big 3-0. The annual event has been the go-to destination for businesses and meeting planners, offering a seamless platform to connect, collaborate, and curate unforgettable events. Whether you’re orchestrating a corporate conference, a dreamy wedding, or a social soirée, the Showcase has you covered.
This year’s theme is “Friends, the TV show,” so immerse yourself in the beloved world of Rachel, Ross, Monica, Chandler, Phoebe, and Joey as we pay homage to one of the most iconic sitcoms ever.
Picture this: an array of vibrant exhibits showcasing the best of local businesses ready to cater to your every event need. From delectable caterers serving culinary delights to talented florists adding that perfect floral touch – not to mention venues that will leave you saying “wow” – the Showcase has it all.
Are you feeling a bit overwhelmed in planning your event? Our exhibitors are here to help. So, channel your inner Joey Tribbiani and confidently strut into the meeting Planners Showcase. You’ll leave feeling like a true event-planning superstar.
We also have some goodies for our early birds. The first 200 attendees receive a swanky gift bag, and one will walk away with the ultimate prize – a packed gift basket that will make you the MVP of event planning.
So mark your calendars, spread the word, and celebrate 30 years of event planning excellence. Registration is free but required, so secure your spot today.
In Chandler Bing‘s immortal words, “Could we be any more excited?” We can’t wait to see you there!
