The College Station City Council meets at City Hall after 6 p.m. on Thursday. The meeting will be streamed live on Optimum Channel 19 and at cstx.gov/cstv19.

To address the Council about any item on the agenda, register with the city secretary by 2 p.m. or call 979-764-3500 and provide your name and phone number. Written comments will be provided to the Council members.
Here are five items to watch:
1. Legislative Session Review
The Council will review the 89th state legislative session, including legislation impacting City operations and management.
2. Wolf Pen Creek Master Plan
The Council will be updated on the City’s proposed master plan for Wolf Pen Creek Park.
3. Capital Projects Update
The Council will be updated on the City’s ongoing capital projects.
4. Parks & Recreation Update
The Council will receive its annual update about the Parks and Recreation Department’s services and operations.
5. Graham Road Rezoning
After a public hearing, the Council will consider a request to rezone about 19 vacant acres at the intersection of Graham Road North and Old Wellborn Road (2855 Graham Road North) from Rural to Commercial Industrial. The applicant intends to develop a golf driving range that offers snacks and additional entertainment, such as outdoor games.
