The Parks and Recreation-sponsored event is for individuals 18 and older and highlights Breast Cancer Awareness Month in a supportive, uplifting environment where participants can reflect and create. LRC Supervisor Markeesha Watson will lead attendees in painting a breast cancer–inspired canvas.
All skill levels are welcome, and supplies are included. Registration is $20 per person and required by Oct. 3. Register online or by calling 979-764-3779.
