A new playground is coming to John Crompton Park after the College Station City Council recently approved $185,000 in federal Community Development Block Grant funds to replace the aging equipment.

Work begins on Saturday and will be completed by the end of September, weather permitting. The park is located at 201 Holleman Drive West.

She also served a year and a half as the marketing and community engagement specialist for the City of Bryan from 2023-25.
