Kick off Halloween fun at the Lincoln Recreation Center on Thursday with College Station Parks and Recreation’s free Annual Fall Fest and Haunted House. Bring the whole family for an evening of candy, games, costumes, and plenty of spooky fun.

The Halloween festival runs from 5:30–8 p.m. and features a haunted house, carnival games, candy booths, a costume contest and more. The haunted house has a scare factor of 5 out of 10, making it spooky without being too scary. Guests can also enjoy free cotton candy, with additional food available for purchase from Kidz Treat and You Need a Treat.

Come dressed to impress for the annual costume contest, with three age groups competing for prizes. Registration is from 5:30–6:10 p.m., and the contest begins at 6:15 p.m.

Overflow parking is available in the grassy area along Eleanor Street, northwest of the Lincoln Recreation Center.
