Can you imagine where our community would be without small businesses?
As part of National Small Business Week, we celebrate the positive contributions of College Station’s small businesses and entrepreneurs. From creating jobs to enhancing city revenues and supporting civic causes, they play a vital role in making our community one of the country’s most desirable places to live.
In Texas alone, small businesses employ nearly five million people, which will continue to grow as our dynamic economy expands.
The U.S. Small Business Administration offers free virtual summits on Tuesday and Wednesdayfeaturing presentations on various topics with ample mentoring and networking opportunities.
We are grateful to our small businesses and look forward to seeing them continue to thrive in the Heart of Aggieland®!
