The College Station City Council meets at city hall on Monday after 6 p.m. The meeting is streamed live on Optimum Channel 19 and at cstx.gov/cstv19.

1. Boyett Street Sewer Line
As part of the consent agenda, the council will consider a $197,535 contract with Elliott Construction to repair a deteriorating wastewater line near Boyett Street and Spruce Street.
2. Highway 6 Landscaping
The council will discuss landscaping options along State Highway 6 as part of the TxDOT widening project.
3. Convention Center Study
The council will discuss the scope of a study regarding a future convention center.
4. Southside Street Signage
The council will discuss a project with Southside residents to change neighborhood street signs to customized signs over the next few months.
5. Holleman Tavern Expansion
After a public hearing, the council will consider the Holleman Tavern’s conditional use permit request to increase the tavern’s size by 1,684 square feet at 3164 Holleman Drive South.
