College Station Utilities’ upgraded software and new customer portal will soon elevate your online utility management experience. Utility Customer Service will be closed Friday (Jan. 26) and part of the following week as the new software goes live. The reopening depends on when vendor integrations are complete.

The most notable change is a brand-new utility account number to simplify your interactions with our billing system. Your existing 12-digit account number will evolve into a cleaner 10-digit format.

But more convenient management of your monthly bills is the real game changer.

Accessing your billing and payment history, PDFs of your bills, and reviewing your power and water usage will be smoother than ever. You can also share access to your online account with the new intuitive and user-friendly portal.

It only takes a few clicks to process your payment securely, and if you’re enrolled in auto pay, your automatic billing will remain seamlessly intact, ensuring uninterrupted, timely payments. After you enroll with the new account number through the portal, your existing autopay, usage, and payment history will be available.

We are conducting a massive communications effort to ensure our customers know about the changes. The most notable change is the 12-digit account numbers will evolve into a cleaner 10-digit format to simplify customer interactions. If you do business online, you must create a new online login after receiving the new account number.

If you need help or have questions during the transition, our dedicated team of utility representatives is always ready to assist at utilities@cstx.gov or 979-764-3535.
