The College Station City Council meets on Thursday after 6 p.m. at City Hall. The meeting will be streamed live on Optimum Channel 19 and at cstx.gov/cstv19.

To address the Council regarding any item on the workshop or regular agenda, please register with the City Secretary by 2 p.m. by calling 979-764-3500 to provide your name and phone number. Written comments will be provided to the Council members.
During Hear Visitors, individuals may address the Council on topics NOT appearing on the regular agenda.
Here are five items to watch:
1. Medical District Trunkline
The Council will consider a $3.55 million contract with Elliot Construction for the Medical District Trunkline Phase II and III project, plus the City’s contingency of $355,150 for an appropriation of $3.9 million. The project is budgeted through the Wastewater Capital Improvements Projects Fund.
2. Water Well Rehabilitation
The Council will consider a $1.24 million contract with Weisinger for the Water Wells 1 and 2 rehabilitation project, plus the City’s contingency of $123,763 for an appropriation of $1.36 million. The project is budgeted through the Water Capital Improvements Projects Fund.
3. Mental Health Resources
The Council will review the community’s mental health resources and discuss the College Station Police Department’s strategies and initiatives for addressing critical mental health concerns.
4. FY 26 Budget Amendment
After a public hearing, the Council will consider a $32.7 million amendment to the City’s FY 26 budget, including $19.25 million in capital projects and the annual encumbrance roll of goods and services budgeted and ordered in FY 25. The rest is comprised of interfund transfers for capital projects.

6. Citizen Committee Appointments
The Council will make citizen appointments to various City boards, committees and commissions, including Planning and Zoning.
