The City of College Station’s local government television channel is now available through CSTV+, a free streaming app on Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, iOS and Android devices. Local cable subscribers can still watch CSTV on Optimum Channel 19.

The City’s rebranded CSTV channel is more accessible than ever. Free live and on-demand streaming through CSTV+ lets residents easily watch City Council and Planning and Zoning Commission meetings, the City podcast, community updates, event coverage, and official City communications without a cable subscription.

How to Watch CSTV+

Simply search for CSTV+ on your preferred device:

  • Roku: Find CSTV+ in the Roku Channel Store.
  • Amazon Fire TV: Search for CSTV+ in the Amazon Appstore.
  • Apple TV: Search for CSTV+ in the App Store on your Apple TV.
  • iOS: Download CSTV+ from the Apple App Store.
  • Android: Download CSTV+ from Google Play.

The app is free to download and offers live and on-demand streaming.

Residents can also continue watching CSTV on Optimum Channel 19, stream live programming through the City’s website at cstx.gov/cstv, or enjoy on-demand videos on the City’s YouTube channel.
