The College Station Fire Department’s new all-hazards fire engine is expected to respond to over 25,000 emergency calls in the next 15 years. The state-of-the-art vehicle is a significant upgrade from its 20-year-old predecessor. The fire engine was unveiled during a “push-in” ceremony on Thursday at Fire Station No. 6. Thanks to our city leaders’ steadfast support and vision, the College Station Fire Department’s Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Division provides quicker and more effective response times when our residents need us most.
