The College Station City Council voted 5-2 Monday night to allow property owners in single-family neighborhoods to request a zoning overlay that restricts occupancy to no more than two unrelated people. The ordinance would allow single-family neighborhoods to request a zoning overlay to restrict home occupancy to no more than two unrelated people.
