The meeting has started. The council took no action after its executive session.
6:33 p.m.
Hear Visitors
No one spoke during Hear Visitors, when citizens may address the council on any item that does not appear on the posted agenda.

Consent Agenda
The council voted unanimously to approve the entire consent agenda:
• An annual $200,000 blanket purchase order with Lonestar Freightliner Group for repair parts and labor for fire trucks through the BuyBoard Purchasing Cooperative.
• A final $100,013.05 deductive change order with JaCody Construction for the 1207 Texas Avenue Renovation Project.
• The $160,890.56 purchase of video storage security servers from Avinext.
• A $140,729.04 contract with Computer Solutions for Cisco phone licensing.

CSU Operations and Programs
The council reviewed College Station Utilities’ electric services and operations.
6:58 p.m.
Sebesta Road Cell Tower
After a public hearing, the council voted unanimously to approve a conditional use permit for a 97-foot Verizon Wireless telecommunications tower at 1593 Sebesta Road.
7:00 p.m.
Northgate Easement Abandonments
After a public hearing, the council voted unanimously to approve the abandonment of two public utility easements on Church Avenue and Patricia Street. The applicant wants to develop a mixed-use building, and the original sewer easement is no longer needed.

Council Committee Representatives
The council voted unanimously to approve member appointments to internal committees and joint committees with other governmental agencies and community groups.

Mayor Nichols adjourned the meeting after the council discussed its calendar, items of community interest, committee and board reports, and future agenda items.
The council meets again on Thursday, Jan. 25.
