In case you missed it, the College Station City Council discussed system-wide water, wastewater, and roadway impact fees at its March 27 meeting. The one-time charges on new development generate revenue to help build the necessary infrastructure for the development. College Station adopted the fees in 2016.

He has also worked as a reporter and editor for the Corpus Christi Caller-Times and Lewisville News.
