The College Station City Council meets on Thursday after 6 p.m. at City Hall. The meeting will be streamed live on Optimum Channel 19 and at cstx.gov/cstv19.

To address the Council regarding any item on the workshop or regular agenda, please register with the City Secretary by 2 p.m. by calling 979-764-3500 to provide your name and phone number. Written comments will be provided to the Council members.
During Hear Visitors, individuals may address the Council on topics NOT appearing on the regular agenda.

Here are three items to watch:
1. Proclamations
Mayor John Nichols will proclaim this week as National Library Week and will recognize outgoing representatives of the Texas A&M Student Government Association.
2. Consent Agenda
The consent agenda includes a franchise agreement with M27 Services for recycling collection and a contract for the yard expansion at the Post Oak Electric Substation.
3. Pebble Creek Parkway Extension
After a public hearing, the Council will consider removing the future southward extension of Pebble Creek Parkway from the City’s Comprehensive Plan by amending the Thoroughfare Plan and Bicycle, Pedestrian, and Greenways Master Plan. The extension has been part of the Comprehensive Plan since 1991.
